How it Works!
Online Stores for a Team, Event, or Fundraiser
We will have an established date that online ordering needs to be completed. Once complete, we will take the store down on the site to print the ordered apparel. We will then get you your orders in hand by the date agreed upon. We will try to put a print date in the description of all the online stores. Are you needing an online store for your team set up? Recurring Online Stores
These stores will stay up year-round. We will print your apparel in 5-10 business days and then it will either be ready for pick up at Design It or ready to ship out UPS.
We ship out UPS everyday. You will receive tracking information on your package once it is printed and fulfilled.
If you are a local customer and would not like to pay the shipping fee, you are welcome to come pick up your order at Design It in Canton, MO. Just chose local pickup at checkout.
These generally take 7-10 business days for production. That is after the artwork has been approved. We do not print without design approval. We are currently 2 weeks out on artwork, but we will work with your event deadline. If you have a deadline, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 573-248-7607 and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
Returns may only be made due to printing errors or defective material within a timely manner of arrival. We will work hard to get your order fixed and returned to you as quickly as possible.
If custom apparel is ordered in the wrong size, we will not return the item but will gladly remake and sell you another size.
