Billings Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments, pricing, and billing are handled when you place an order with Design It.
By submitting an order through our website, in-store, by phone, or by email, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Venmo
All payments must be successfully completed before production begins on any custom order.
2. Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- The billing information provided is accurate and complete
- You authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees
If a payment is declined or flagged by the payment processor, the order may be delayed or canceled.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your price is locked in for that order.
In the event of a pricing error due to a technical issue or human error, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the affected order
- Contact you with the correct pricing before proceeding
4. Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with state and local tax regulations.
You are responsible for any required taxes associated with your purchase.
5. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy
All products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our services:
- All sales are final
- No returns
- No exchanges
- No refunds once production has begun
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Deposits & Special Orders
For certain large or specialty orders, we may require:
- Full payment upfront, or
- A deposit before production begins
Any deposit requirements will be clearly communicated before work starts.
Deposits are non-refundable once design or production work has begun.
7. Discount Codes & Promotions
If a discount code or promotional offer is available:
- It must be applied at checkout
- Only one promotion may be used per order unless otherwise stated
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been submitted
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Suspension of future service
- Collection efforts for unpaid balances
We maintain transaction records and order confirmations for verification purposes.
9. Failed or Reversed Payments
If a payment is reversed, declined, or charged back after production has begun:
- You remain responsible for the full order amount
- We reserve the right to pursue the collection of unpaid balances
Orders will not be released or shipped until payment is successfully completed.
10. Billing Information Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate billing details, including:
- Name
- Billing address
- Payment information
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect billing information.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, orders may be subject to fraud screening and verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design It shall not be liable for:
- Bank processing delays
- Third-party payment processor errors
- Indirect or incidental damages related to billing issues
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
