At Design It, every order is custom-made. Each item is screen-printed or embroidered specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Returns
We do not accept returns. All orders are custom-made to your specifications, which means they cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, all sales are final.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Exchanges through our store or door pickup are not available.
All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Since each item is created specifically for you, refunds are not available for incorrect size selection, design approval, color choices, or change of mind.
